Due to typhoon i had to cancel my previous resort booking and i accidentally made a mistake in booking Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Oromomachi where i aimed to book the one in Kenchomae. I could not speak Japanese. A staff named LIN was super helpful and kind to help with every tedious communication and made my change of accommodation possible! Great appreciation to her readiness in help even in busy check in and check out hours! The hotel room was very clean with a comfortable work desk and there is daily room cleaning service available .

Staff was so helpful & friendly! We came to see the Tug-O-War and it was the perfect location in regards to proximity to the event and to Ryubo Dept store plus Kokusai street. The rooms were so big and comfortable. We (including the kids) loved our stay! It’s just city-view but we weren’t coming for the view. I like that we had the option to do laundry and it’s actually affordable (¥200 per washer load—¥100 per 30mins in the dryer) The breakfast was ok—not a huge variety but still delicious.

Andrea

Top notch place, room, location. When we checked in, they asked if we would like a larger "more comfortable" room for a ¥2,000 upcharge. We did and we were in the Annex over the 7-11. Lawson was across the street on the same side. Room was new and modern, huge TV and brand-new laundry right down the hall. 5 min walk to the monorail. 16 min to Naha airport. Kokusai-Dori is very close too. Rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable.10/10 would stay here again.

Eduardo

This was a very good and conveniently located hotel. A short walk one way takes you to the monorail and in the other direction is the main tourist strip with shopping and restaurants. Perfect! The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was a little larger than most Japanese hotels, which was a pleasant surprise.

Stephen

Location super central. When you skip breakfeast you can get some lunch instead. Perfect friendliness as usual. Room with sufficient light and not noisy. The room was much bigger than what I had in Tokio.
